Shine Window Care in Colombia is hiring a full-time window cleaning professional. You’ll travel to customer properties in Shine vehicles, perform residential and commercial cleaning, and work 2-man crews on site.

Compensation ranges from $17.00 to $32.00 per hour plus potential performance-based pay; we provide training, equipment, and uniforms, and offer a flexible schedule with weekend work optional. Ladders and rooftop work are required.

Formación

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to lift and carry a ladder – up to 30 pounds.
• Must not be afraid of heights.
• Must be able to work outside.

Responsabilidades

• Meet daily team plan.
• Dispatch from office/shop and travel to properties.
• 2-man crews begin cleaning on residential/commercial properties.
• Meet customers to ensure expectations are met.
• End day back at Shine office to recap.

• Work comfortably and casually. Shine t-shirts, sweatshirts and polo shirts are all provided to you for free. And we provide all the equipment you’ll need too!


• Paid training – learn a valuable trade, advancing your skills, and get paid while doing so. Even if you don’t have experience, it doesn’t matter – we’ll train you!


• Vehicles are provided for you, so you don't have to use your own gas.

• Shine uses the latest technology and equipment to ensure you’re well equipped on the job.


• Also, you must be comfortable on ladders and roofs. DO NOT apply for the position if you have concerns with height.

• You’ll end your day back at the Shine office to recap the day
