About Us

Responsibilities

1. Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
2. Administer or assist with medication for residents according to the Resident Care Plan.
3. Engage residents by checking on their wellbeing and communicating changes in their condition or Care Plan.
4. Collaborate with the Health Services Director to assess and document resident assessments at specified intervals.

Salary Range

USD $31.25 - USD $37.50 /Hr.

The salary range reflects potential pay and does not include bonuses, incentives, or benefits. Offers consider experience, qualifications, location, certifications, and other factors. Compensation ranges are reviewed and adjusted regularly.

Qualifications

1. You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
2. You are a graduate of a state-approved school of nursing.
3. You hold a current state license as a Registered or Practical/Vocation Nurse.
4. You have at least one year of experience in assisted living, hospice, home health, or long-term care environments.
