Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Website Graphics Designer with strong experience in WordPress to create visually stunning and user-friendly websites. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for aesthetics, a solid understanding of modern UX/UI principles, and the ability to apply marketing-driven design strategies. This role focuses on theme customization, layout design, branding, and enhancing user engagement through thoughtful visual presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and customize WordPress themes to align with branding and UX goals
• Create visual assets, page layouts, and mockups for new websites or redesigns
• Optimize graphics for performance and responsiveness across devices
• Collaborate with content creators and developers to implement designs
• Improve user journeys through strategic layout and design decisions
• Develop marketing-driven assets such as landing pages, banners, CTAs, and email templates
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all digital properties
• Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and WordPress innovations

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in web and graphic design, supported by a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience with WordPress theme engines
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design best practices
• Ability to translate marketing goals into engaging visual solutions
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (a plus)
