LanceSoft, Inc. seeks an expert to lead comprehensive redesigns across site sections, coordinating with stakeholders and balancing fast-moving timelines to deliver UAT, QA, and launches.

The role requires deep Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) expertise, experience migrating existing properties into AEM, and strong cross-functional collaboration with UX, Design, Development, and Marketing. You will champion QA, accessibility, and site health while applying Agile practices and Jira to stay adaptable.

Formación

• Experience leading large-scale site redesigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Proven ability to migrate and integrate existing sites into AEM.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across UX, design, development, and marketing.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies using tools like Jira.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full site section redesigns and manage engineering dependencies and timelines.
• Author, maintain, and govern changes in Adobe Experience Manager.
• Guide integration of existing web properties into the AEM instance.
• Collaborate with UX, Design, Development, and Marketing to align strategies.
• Act as liaison between production teams and stakeholders to secure buy-in.
• Advocate QA best practices, accessibility, and site health across regions.
• Utilize Agile methods and Jira to manage priorities and adapt to changes.
