LanceSoft, Inc. is seeking a skilled AEM developer to design and implement custom components and templates that meet business requirements. The role involves building backend integrations, API services, and close collaboration with UX/UI designers and IT/marketing teams.

You will optimize and maintain components for performance, conduct code reviews, and provide ongoing support and training on AEM functionalities to stakeholders.

• Backend Integrations: Create and manage integrations between AEM and other web tools/services. Develop APIs and custom services for seamless data flow across platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure components deliver an engaging user experience. Coordinate with IT and marketing teams to align development efforts with strategic objectives.
• Optimization & Maintenance: Optimize components and integrations for performance and scalability. Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices for code quality and security.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Identify and resolve technical issues with AEM components and integrations. Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on AEM functionalities
