Role details

This role involves business analysis, requirement gathering, technical analysis, solution design, process improvement, stakeholder collaboration, testing, and implementation support.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing CRM business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement within the Salesforce platform
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain a product backlog and prioritize features based on business impact and feasibility.
• Work closely with engineers, architects, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented and tested.
• Conducting data analysis and generating actionable insights to inform business decisions
• Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, ensuring alignment of expectations and deliverables.
• Facilitate meetings, gather feedback, and adjust requirements as needed.
• Participate in software release cycles, ensuring smooth deployment and adoption.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to business processes and system functionality.

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with techno-functional hands-on experience
• Flexible, adaptable, and resilient, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Highly desirable certification, Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
• Highly customer-oriented, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and value
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve complex business problems and handle ambiguity and uncertainty
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate product and technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent English communication skills are necessary
• Be flexible and available to work on work shifts that align with the work hours of the user base supported by the service
