Position Overview

The Project Manager I will play a pivotal role in leading the planning, execution, and completing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager I will work with the project owners to define the project’s objectives and overseeing quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans with timelines, milestones & deliverables
• Manage project activities to ensure everything stays on track
• Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise
• Coordinate project schedules with leadership & teams
• Lead project meetings, events, & related activities

Communication & Coordination

• Facilitate communication between team members & stakeholders
• Organize & lead project meetings, prepare agendas, & document minutes
• Provide regular updates to senior management
• Coordinate with teams across all regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas)

Resource Management

• Maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, & vendors
• Ensure all project aspects align with organizational goals

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Relevant certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster) are a plus
• Experience with project management software & methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
• Strong organizational & communication skills
• Detail-oriented & excellent problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional time management skills
