World Enterprises in Colombia is seeking a motivated Warehouse Team member to pick and pack orders, maintain inventory, and keep the warehouse organized. The role is hands-on, fast-paced, and requires willingness to learn all aspects of packing and shipping.

• Pick customer orders quickly and accurately using handheld scanners.
• Maintain high levels of organization in the warehouse.
• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory.
• Learn all aspects of packing and shipping procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with co-workers to prioritize daily tasks.
• Ensure all orders for the day are dispatched to customers.

We're seeking a motivated, high-energy, detail-oriented team member to join our Warehouse Team. The job entails coming in to work every day with a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard. Our warehouse team works diligently to pick and pack orders and ensure they reach our customers quickly! There's a lot of inventory to move around and manage, so organization is key! If you're comfortable on your feet and enjoy staying busy, you may be an excellent match for us. A willingness to be flexible and learn all aspects of our warehouse operation will be a great asset. No prior traditional warehouse experience is needed. We want people who want to add value to our culture and excel. Growth opportunities are available, and hard work will be rewarded.

Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.
• Learn all aspects of our packing/shipping procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with co-workers to prioritize the day's tasks.
• Ensure all orders for the day are dispatched to our customers.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, with a genuine and professional demeanor.
• Self-starter mindset, with the ability to independently manage tasks and improve processes.
• Experience with, or ability to learn, tools such as SellerCloud and Slack, and the ability to competently use handheld scanners.
• Ability to be physically active and capable of lifting 40-50 lbs.
• Motivated, Organized, and Energetic.
• Previous warehouse experience is not required, but your attention to detail and ability to multitask are essential.
