Formación

• 4+ years of experience in visual and interaction design.
• Proficient in prototyping and design systems using Figma.
• Knowledge of generative AI tools is a plus.

EXPERIENCE DESIGNER (Visual + Interaction / AI Worlds)

General Requirements

• +4 years of experience in: visual design, interaction and experience design, interface design/animation/prototyping. Character design and/or visual world-building (gaming, animation, or concept art)
• Knowledge of generative AI tools
• Ability to think in interactive experiences, not just visual ones

Key Tools

• Advanced proficiency in Figma (prototyping + design systems)
• After Effects or motion tools
• AI tools

Plus

• Blender / basic 3D
• Basic frontend knowledge (to better collaborate with developers)

Responsibilities

• Design how the Aoro experience looks and behaves
• Create visual worlds with integrated interaction logic
• Define: animations, microinteractions, transitions, environment behavior
• Create characters / visual representation
• Prototype interactive experiences (not just static screens)
• Translate emotions into visual and dynamic experiences
• Work closely with development for implementation
• Ensure coherence between aesthetics and behavior

Ideal Profile

• Hybrid profile: combines visual design + interaction + systems thinking
• Experience in: world-building, character design, interactive or gaming experiences
• Ability to think in: “what happens when…” (not just how it looks)
• Strong sensitivity to: motion, timing and visual feedback
• Ability to clearly prototype ideas
• Interest in AI, future interfaces, and immersive experiences
• Proactive, curious, and experimental mindset
