High Scale is seeking a UGC Video Editor to transform raw creator footage into high-converting ads. You will craft hooks, pacing, and platform-native edits for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts while maintaining authentic visuals and a fast, data-driven workflow.
You’ll collaborate remotely with producers and adapt quickly to trends, ensuring high-volume outputs with sharp storytelling and polished audio.
Formación
- 1–3 years of experience editing UGC or social-first content (Agency or Freelance).
- Strong English proficiency.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro for our agency workflow.
- Familiarity with CapCut features/styles and how to replicate them in Premiere.
- Basic skills in After Effects or Photoshop for static asset integration.
Responsabilidades
- Transform raw assets into cohesive direct-response video ads.
- Structure edits around Hook → Problem → Solution → Social Proof → CTA.
- Ensure the vibe matches platform-native (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).
- Create multiple hook variations and test for performance.
- Apply native visuals, dynamic captions, emojis, and clean audio.
- Iterate rapidly based on data feedback from the media team.
