Ingram Micro in Bogotá, Colombia seeks a vendor liaison to drive and maintain vendor programs, marketing and training initiatives. You will review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts and communicate with vendors on day-to-day matters, building strong relationships and monitoring performance.

This role is an independent contributor role requiring a four-year degree and at least 3 years of related experience, with 1 year in a vendor-focused position.

Formación

• Four year college degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of functional experience, including at least 1 year in a related vendor-facing role.
• Independent contributor who can work with general supervision and solve moderately complex problems.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as liaison between vendors and the organization and manage day-to-day vendor relations.
• Review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts and communicate with vendors about issues.
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships and monitor vendor performance.
• Research invoice and contractual discrepancies and resolve issues with vendors.
