Ingram Micro S.A.S. Colombia seeks an experienced professional to act as a liaison between vendors and the organization. You will provide consultative services and support vendor programs, marketing, and training initiatives.

You will review and negotiate vendor contracts, communicate day-to-day matters, build strong vendor relationships, and monitor performance. The role includes researching invoices and contractual issues to resolve discrepancies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required and 3 years of functional experience including at least 1 year in a position-specific role.
• Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate with internal teams and external vendors effectively.
• Experience with vendor performance monitoring and issue resolution.

Responsabilidades

• Liaise between vendors and the organization and deliver consultative services.
• Drive and maintain vendor programs, marketing, and training efforts.
• Review and negotiate terms of vendor contracts and resolve day-to-day issues.
• Build and maintain positive vendor relationships and monitor performance.
• Research invoice and contractual discrepancies and resolve them.
