IQVIA is expanding its LATAM near‑shore team to support US pharmaceutical clients and is looking for a Business Process Senior Analyst – Managed Services (US Pharma) to join our growing organization in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.

This role requires deep US pharma managed care, government pricing, and gross‑to‑net experience, with advanced Excel, strong analytics, and clear English communication.

Formación

• US pharmaceutical industry experience is required.
• Advanced Excel skills are required.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication in English.

Responsabilidades

• Perform complex rebate calculations related to managed care, Medicaid, and government programs.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly utilization data and translate it into accurate client deliverables.
• Ensure high levels of accuracy, timeliness, and SLA compliance across all work.
• Manage recurring, production‑focused workloads with consistency and attention to detail.
• Support client facing interactions and explain analyses when required.
• Collaborate with onshore US teams and internal stakeholders.
• Use internal calculation tools and advanced Excel to support analysis and reporting.
