Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Principal Stat Programmer for a sponsor-dedicated, 100% home-based role. The candidate will lead SAS and R programming across multiple clinical projects, and ensure CDISC ADaM/SDTM compliance.

You will mentor junior programmers, drive process improvements, and provide technical guidance on statistical methods. English must be advanced; LATAM Spanish or Portuguese is required as native language.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in statistics, computer science, or a related field.
• 2+ years with efficacy analysis (ADaM datasets & TLFs) and/or 4+ years on ADaM statistical programming in trials.
• Hands-on proficiency in R programming language (mandatory).
• Proficiency in SAS programming language.
• Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Native language required for LATAM: Spanish or Portuguese.
• Ability to lead and manage programming teams and mentor juniors.
