Job summary

Bizagi Group in Bogota is seeking a Treasury Assistant to support day-to-day treasury operations, bank reconciliations, and cash flow monitoring. You will process transactions, maintain records, and help with month-end close in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or accounting, strong Excel and Microsoft 365 skills, attention to detail, and solid communication. Intermediate English is desirable; internships are admitted.

Responsibilities

• Process and record treasury and banking transactions in the accounting system.
• Prepare daily and weekly cash position reports and support cash flow monitoring.
• Perform bank account, credit card, and prepayment reconciliations.
• Maintain treasury records, supporting documentation, and financial databases.
• Download and review bank statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of transactions.
• Support payment scheduling, execution, and Accounts Payable (AP) cash forecasting.
• Assist with month-end close activities, audits, and treasury reporting.
• Monitor and manage the treasury mailbox, ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Track banking activities and follow up on outstanding items and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with banking partners to resolve operational and account-related matters.
• Validate treasury data and follow up on missing or incomplete documentation.
