Responsibilities

• Payment Operations & Transaction Monitoring
  • Process and monitor payments: Handle payment execution, follow up on pending transactions, and ensure smooth processing through our Treasury Management System (Kyriba).
  • Respond to internal payment requests: Address inquiries regarding payment status, execution delays, rejections, and modifications.
  • Provide proof of payment: Deliver necessary confirmations to internal stakeholders for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Investigate payment details inquiries: Assist internal teams in verifying payment origins and destinations, ensuring alignment between internal records and bank confirmations.
  • Monitor and analyze expense execution: Review rejected transactions, understand root causes, and propose solutions to ensure successful reprocessing.
  • Check daily account balances: Monitor on daily basis the cash on our accounts to ensure the liquidity according to our need.
  • Cash forecasting: Update on daily basis the cash forecast for each entity to anticipate the cash excess or the cash need for our activities.
• Treasury Administration & Compliance
  • Manage banking relationships: Act as a liaison between the company and its banking partners to address operational issues, request clarifications, and ensure optimal service levels.
  • Assist with KYC (Know Your Customer) processes: Work closely with Legal and Compliance teams to provide required documentation and ensure bank account compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to banking regulations: Maintain up-to-date records on company entities and respond to regulatory requirements from financial institutions.
  • Support account administration: Help with account openings, closures, and modifications across multiple banking partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of Kyriba is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a fast-paced international environment.
