CS Outsource is seeking a proactive STR Transaction Coordinator to manage end-to-end real estate transactions sourced primarily through Zillow and other online channels. You will coordinate between brokers, buyers, sellers, and vendors to ensure a seamless contract-to-closing process.

The role requires real estate transaction coordination experience, excellent communication, and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination (STR experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of contracts, real estate documentation, and closing processes.
• Experience with Zillow or similar online lead platforms.
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate real estate transactions for STR properties from lead to closing.
• Draft, review, and manage purchase agreements and related contracts.
• Manage Zillow-generated leads with timely follow-ups.
• Serve as the central point of communication among agents, buyers, sellers, and vendors.
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and due diligence activities.
• Ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Maintain organized transaction records and update CRM systems.
• Monitor deadlines and contingencies to ensure smooth deal progression.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented STR Transaction Coordinator to manage end-to-end real estate transactions sourced primarily through Zillow and other online lead channels. This role will play a key part in supporting deal flow, coordinating between stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate real estate transactions for short-term rental (STR) properties from lead to closing.
• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing purchase agreements and related contracts.
• Manage and track Zillow-generated leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversion support.
• Act as the central point of communication between co-broking agents, buyers/sellers, and all third-party vendors. (lenders, title companies, inspectors, etc.)
• Schedule and follow up on home inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities.
• Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Maintain organized transaction records and update CRM systems regularly.
• Monitor deadlines, contingencies, and closing timelines to ensure smooth deal progression.

Requirements

• Proven experience in real estate transaction coordination. (STR experience preferred)
