Job Description

We're searching for talented Training Specialists to design, develop, and conduct trainings. This program aims to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of our country's key missions both domestically and internationally. Responsibilities:

• Draft and finalize training documentation, provide classroom support, and present training materials to large audiences.
• Guide junior personnel involved with systems and equipment training.
• Analyze training needs and problems to improve training programs.
• Design, develop, and conduct training sessions.
• Evaluate training outcomes and revise materials based on feedback and operational scenarios.

Required Capabilities for Level 2 Training Specialist:

• Brief military and agency personnel, conveying operational concepts effectively.
• Develop and improve training plans and curricula based on feedback.
• Ensure compliance with government policies through inspections.
• Draft, finalize, and present training documentation and materials.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields or equivalent experience (minimum four years).
• At least nine years of electrical engineering or computer science experience, with knowledge of electronics, SIGINT systems, and computer systems.
• Experience designing instructor-led and web-based training courses, including materials like slides, guides, activities, and assessments.
• Minimum of three years' experience with VHF, UHF, RF theory, radio wave propagation, and related equipment.
• Minimum of three years' experience with wireless technologies such as GSM, CDMA2000, UMTS, LTE, and WiFi.

Additional Requirements:

• Active Security Clearance with appropriate Polygraph.
