The role of Assistant, Total Rewards Service Delivery is to support the delivery of Total Rewards HR services to the Convatec enterprise as part of an international team of delivery experts. The Total Rewards Assistant will be based in our Bogota service delivery center and will work closely with colleagues in Total Rewards and other HR service teams, together with HR Business Partners and Senior People Partners, to deliver Total Reward services to our colleagues.
