Formación

  • English Level B2+.
  • 1 year of experience with transaction processing and data management.
  • Deep understanding of Bank policies and procedures.

Purpose

Responsible for executing data analysis and all activities related to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central information to SAP Payroll through monitoring replication for data accuracy, and assisting with data quality assurance and control. This role ensures all activities are complete in accordance with the Bank’s policies and procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
  • Create and analyze a replication error report and assign to appropriate teams to resolve discrepancies while providing recommendations and monitoring data quality.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies/errors before payroll processing and escalate in a timely manner for resolution where appropriate.
  • Maintain Time & Attendance systems (WorkForce, SAP); enter new information and make changes as required.
  • Assist with ad-hoc or bi-weekly audits as required and respond to inquiries and requests for information in a timely manner.
  • Ensure the processing and completion of all Time & Attendance data is in compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to reduce reporting processing time and improve data quality.
  • Ensure data accuracy between SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and SAP Payroll and actively investigate and escalate any issues to the appropriate channels as necessary.
  • Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
  • Actively pursue effective and efficient operations of the respective area, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.
  • Champion a high performance environment and implement a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates the team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicate vision/values/business strategy and manage succession and development planning for the team.

Primary Manager: Manager, Time & Operations

Dimensions
  • Ensures the integrity of data.
  • System support: WorkForce Software, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) replication.
  • Responsible for meeting and establishing SLAs.
  • Ensures business continuity for accountabilities under purview, ensuring coverage 5 days/week in assigned schedule.
Education / Experience
  • English Level B2+
  • 1 year of experience with transaction processing, data management and quality.
  • Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in related field or waiting for graduation.
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of Bank policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of Time & Attendance, Payroll policies, processes and practices.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and proficient knowledge of PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attentive to detail and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong and very solid analytical skills, problem solving, critical thinking, and detail oriented.
Working Conditions

Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
