High Scale is seeking a TikTok Content Manager who lives and breathes social media. You’ll own TikTok content strategy, planning, publishing, and performance, collaborating with Content Creators, Video Editors, and Creative Strategists to build engaging, brand-aligned videos.

You’ll identify trends, develop repeatable formats, analyze performance, and turn insights into better creative decisions, while scaling audiences and driving measurable results.

Formación

• Experienced TikTok content professional
• Proven ability to grow audiences and engagement
• Portfolio or examples of TikTok accounts managed with results required
• Familiarity with DTC, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand objectives and growth goals.
• Manage content production with Creators, Editors, Copywriters, and Strategists to produce engaging videos.
• Oversee daily publishing across assigned brand accounts with strong captions and hashtags.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports to inform future strategies.
• Stay ahead of TikTok trends and translate insights into compelling formats and ideas.
