TMF Group is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for global digital projects in Bogota. You will coordinate testing across multiple systems, APIs and data transformations, guiding QA teams and collaborating with product owners, developers, and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on testing expertise, and a strategic mindset to drive quality standards, automation, and metrics across a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in Software Testing/QA.
• 3+ years leading testing teams or large-scale initiatives.
• Experience with end-to-end, integration, API testing and data validation.
• Hands-on with Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in SaaS, payroll, HR systems, financial services, or global delivery.
• ISTQB Foundation certification required; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop test plans, schedules, resource allocation, and testing estimates.
• Lead and mentor Test Analysts and QA teams across multiple locations.
• Coordinate functional, integration, regression, UAT, and end-to-end testing activities.
• Validate system integrations, APIs, data transformations, workflows, and business processes.
• Manage defect triage, prioritization, retesting, and resolution tracking.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote testing best practices, automation, and quality metrics.
• Ensure effective use of Azure DevOps or similar test management tools.

We are looking for a Test Manager to join our Digital Client Platform (DCP) team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end testing activities across complex global projects, ensuring the quality, reliability, and successful delivery of business-critical digital solutions. You will work closely with product owners, development teams, architects, and business stakeholders to drive quality assurance strategies and oversee testing execution across multiple systems, integrations, and data transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
• At least 3 years of experience leading testing teams or large-scale testing initiatives.
• Strong experience with end-to-end testing, integration testing, API testing, and data validation.
• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management platforms.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience in SaaS, payroll, HR systems, financial services, or global delivery environments is highly desirable.
• ISTQB Foundation certification required; advanced certifications are a plus.
• Fluent English communication skills.
