Job summary

Auxis is seeking an experienced senior Test Analyst to support large-scale projects globally. The role leads end-to-end testing activities and coordinates on-shore/off-shore teams, business and technology stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery across complex platforms.

You will work closely with SIT, regression, and UAT activities, manage testing strategies, and drive defect management using industry-standard tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, with demonstrated experience in a Senior level capacity.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all testing activities for all projects, including planning, execution, defect management, and sign-off.
• Coordinate and develop comprehensive test strategies, test plans, schedules, and quality metrics aligned with enterprise testing standards for INDUS team.
• Learn and understand the architecture of program applications and systems.
• Execute testing strategy, support junior testers, and contribute to process improvement
• Review test results and evaluate for conformance to design
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and stakeholders
• Document and track defects using ADO and in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Coordinate status reports and other artifacts for senior leadership.
• Assist with project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring projects stay on track.

• English B2+
• Proven experience working on large-scale system migrations or platform transformations.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., ADO, ALM, Jira)
• Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a highly competitive and demanding environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Must Have:

• Prior experience working within a large organization with multiple releases in a year.
• Leading testers in some capacity on daily basis.
• Scrum/Agile and Waterfall exposure.

Nice to Have:

• SAP/ERP/Sales Force implementations.
• Automation exposure

Education / Professional Experience/ Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance/Testing, with demonstrated experience in a Senior level capacity and willing to excel in testing practice.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
