Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team. You will bridge warehouse operations and technical development, translating complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions.

The role focuses on Manhattan Scale/Active expertise, system configurations, and end-to-end testing, collaborating with ERP/TMS interfaces and cross-functional teams. Mexico location with strong growth opportunities.

Formación

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience; 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to perform end-to-end flow testing and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own Backlog & Requirements: elicit operational needs and translate into epics, stories, and specs.
• Lead Technical Integration: map REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.
• Provide System Expertise: act as SME for Manhattan Scale/Active capabilities and architecture.

Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.


• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.


• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.


• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.


• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.


• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
