Iron Mountain is hiring a Technical Product Owner - WMS in Mexico to bridge warehouse operations with IT teams. You will transform complex logistics needs into scalable WMS solutions using Manhattan Scale and Active platforms, shaping our enterprise software footprint.

The role requires 10+ years in IT with 6-8 years on Manhattan Scale/Active, strong WMS/configuration, SQL, and API integration, plus Agile delivery experience. Competitive benefits and professional growth await in a global company.

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SCM; CSPO or Manhattan cert preferred.
• Solid knowledge of WMS configuration, SQL, and integration standards.

Responsabilidades

• Own backlog, elicit needs, translate into epics, stories and specs.
• Lead technical integration between WMS and ERP/TMS; map REST/SOAP APIs.
• Design and execute end-to-end testing for complex supply chain scenarios.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to bridge warehouse operations and technical development teams by transforming complex logistics requirements into scalable WMS solutions. Your expertise in Manhattan Scale and Active systems will help optimize supply chain execution and shape the future of our enterprise software footprint.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.


• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.


• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.


• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.


• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.


• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
