Tender Document Management: Oversee and manage the entire tendering process, including the preparation, submission, and monitoring of government bidding documents. Ensure that all required documentation is completed accurately and on time, aligning with government procurement policies and guidelines.
Contract Management: Facilitate the signing of contracts, ensuring all necessary paperwork is in place for timely and compliant execution of agreements with government entities, including IMSS, ISSSTE, and decentralized entities.
Daily Operations & Key Account Management (KAM) Alignment: Act as the main operational point of contact for Key Account Managers (KAMs), ensuring alignment on day-to-day activities and project statuses. Provide administrative support related to government sector operations and assist with the seamless execution of sales strategies.
Bidding Process Oversight & Compliance: Manage the operational aspects of the bidding process, ensuring timely submission, accuracy, and compliance with all internal and external requirements. Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
Data Management & Reporting: Maintain and manage key data related to bidding activities, contracts, and government interactions. Utilize advanced Excel skills and database management tools to track, analyze, and report on operational performance and key metrics. Support decision-making through accurate data analysis and forecasting.
Communication with Government Institutions: Liaise directly with key government institutions, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between the company and relevant stakeholders. Address any administrative requirements and ensure processes are aligned with government protocols.
Process Improvement & Efficiency: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes related to government bidding and contract management, seeking opportunities for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Experience: Similar Positions
Soft skills: Capacity to work independently/self-sufficiently and demonstrate initiative with minimal supervision; ability to quickly learn new technologies and apply them appropriately to business situations.
Technical skills: Ability to work transversally with Supply chain, finance and understand IBP process.
Education: Business, law, finance or engineer
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English intermediate
