Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems team in Mexico. You will own the backlog, translate needs into epics and stories, and coordinate integrations with ERP and TMS.

You will bring 10+ years in IT enterprise apps, 6–8 years with Manhattan Scale/Active, and strong WMS/configuration and SQL skills. CSPO or Manhattan cert is preferred, with Agile delivery in a global environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT enterprise application experience.
• 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration and SQL querying.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Backlog & Requirements for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration between Manhattan WMS and ERP/TMS.
• Design and execute end-to-end flow testing prior to UAT.

Iron Mountain is seeking an adaptable Technical Product Owner - WMS to join our IT Business Systems Professional III team.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

• Own Backlog & Requirements: Elicit operational needs and translate them into actionable epics, user stories, and technical specifications for development teams.
• Lead Technical Integration: Map and evaluate REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, and database interfaces between Manhattan WMS and external systems like ERP and TMS.
• Drive Flow Testing: Design and execute comprehensive end-to-end lifecycle testing, validating complex supply chain edge cases before UAT.
• Provide System Expertise: Serve as the core subject matter expert for Manhattan Scale and Manhattan Active WMS capabilities, configurations, and architecture.

What You'll Bring

• 10+ years of IT enterprise application experience, with 6-8 years specializing in Manhattan Scale or Manhattan Active platforms.
• Strong knowledge of WMS module configuration, SQL querying, system integration standards, and Agile delivery frameworks.
• Proven ability to execute end-to-end flow testing, perform root-cause issue triage, and bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent experience (CSPO or Manhattan certification preferred).
