L’Oréal Colombia is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a production team on site, transforming product visions into reality and ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will report to the Production Manager and drive improvements, coach operators, and ensure compliance with GMP and health-safety regulations while coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.

A Day in the Life

As a Production Supervisor at our Colombia plant, you will be a key player in transforming our product vision into reality. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead a team of operators to achieve excellence, ensuring that every product meets the high standards that define us.

On a daily basis, your main responsibilities will be:

• Lead and inspire your team: You will guide operational staff on the production lines, fostering their professional development and ensuring the successful execution of the production plan.


• Drive operational excellence: You will be responsible for meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency, quality, and safety, implementing action plans for continuous improvement.


• Collaborate to solve challenges: You will proactively manage production issues, coordinating with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to find swift and effective solutions.


• Champion best practices: You will ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all health and safety regulations in the workplace.
