Search Atlas, a cutting-edge AI-native marketing platform, seeks a Lead Implementer to manage a six-person SEO-focused team. You’ll own client escalations, drive onboarding quality, and coordinate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical issues. Strong English, AI fluency, and hands-on SEO experience are required.

Remote role open to Canada and Latin America; EST hours apply. Compensation is hourly, with PTO benefits and generous scope for ownership.

Formación

• AI native or highly competent with AI tools.
• Excellent spoken and written English (C1–C2).
• 1–2+ years directly managing a team.
• 3–5+ years owning client escalations on live calls.
• 1–2+ years hands-on SEO.
• Technical fluency to work with engineers.
• Experience owning onboarding/implementation end to end.
• Experience building internal tools, dashboards or automations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Implementer team of six; manage escalations and client calls.
• Own capacity, project planning, and weekly 1:1s with coaching.
• Maintain onboarding quality and implementation runbooks.
• Diagnose SEO issues and confirm fixes with Product/Engineering.
• Own team and customer scorecards, dashboards, and health metrics.
• Build and pilot AI tooling for the team; automate where possible.
