Responsibilities:
- Player-Coach Leadership: Act as a player-coach for a team of technical recruiters, providing expert guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive excellence and maximize placement rates.
- Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Oversee and personally engage in full-cycle recruitment for a wide array of technical roles, ensuring timely delivery, high-quality outcomes, and a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Advanced Tech Stack Utilization: Leverage cutting-edge recruiting technologies and platforms (e.g., ATS, sophisticated sourcing tools, automation, AI-driven screening, and predictive analytics) to optimize workflows and accelerate the hiring process.
- Strategic Client & Internal Partnership: Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and client services teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of complex technical role requirements, market trends, and critical urgencies.
- Process Optimization & KPI Management: Build scalable recruitment processes and implement rigorous KPIs to continuously track and improve recruiter productivity, candidate quality, and overall time-to-fill for technical roles.
- Market Intelligence Expert: Maintain an in-depth understanding of current market conditions, competitive compensation benchmarks for technical roles, and competitor recruiting strategies to inform and refine our approach.
- Innovative Sourcing & Branding: Drive proactive and creative outreach strategies, including targeted sourcing campaigns, employer branding initiatives focused on technical talent, and innovative candidate engagement methods.
- Compliance & D&I Champion: Ensure strict compliance with all hiring policies and regulations while actively promoting diversity and inclusion in every aspect of the technical recruitment process.

Qualifications:
- 5–10+ years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years specifically managing or mentoring a technical recruiting team.
- Proven track record of success placing candidates in highly technical, hard-to-fill, or executive-level engineering roles. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed ambitious hiring targets.
- Expert proficiency in modern recruiting platforms and ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Bullhorn) and advanced sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, Clay, and various AI-driven sourcing and screening solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a demonstrated ability to strategically juggle multiple high-priority requisitions and initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to interact confidently, persuasively, and empathetically with clients, senior stakeholders, and top-tier technical candidates.
- Deep market fluency across various technical sectors and engineering job families, with an innate ability to quickly pivot and adapt based on evolving client demands and market shifts.
- Strong self-starter mentality with a distinct results-oriented approach and an unwavering commitment to achieving high standards and measurable outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree required; HR certifications or specialized technical recruiting certifications are a significant plus.
