Fligoo is seeking a TPM/PM to drive end-to-end product development from triaging inbound work to coordinating releases. The TPM will become a subject-matter expert on our product and serve as the connective layer between engineering, product, and customers.

Ideal candidates have prior Program/Product Management experience on SaaS products and strong AI skills (e.g., Claude, GPT) with knowledge of basic automation and connectivity. This is a full-time role based in Córdoba.

Formación

• Prior experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager on a SaaS product.
• Good skills with AI (Claude, GPT, etc.), including basic process automation and connectivity.

Responsabilidades

• Triage inbound work requests.
• Ensure customer-communicated commitments are tracked and closed out.
• Schedule and coordinate releases; test new features with engineering to confirm they meet expectations before shipping.
• Track and drive non-engineering work required for delivery (e.g., NDAs, BAAs, contracts).
• Drive adoption of new AI-based tools to improve collaboration, both internally and with customers.
• Engage with Legal to address risk and complete contracts or security questionnaires.
• Drive special internal initiatives such as SOC 2 compliance or CRM rollout.
• Prioritize stories and become an expert on our product development process.
• Analyze product usage data to inform feature prioritization.
• Conduct competitive analysis.
• Occasionally meet directly with customers.

About Position

Overview

Location: Córdoba.

Position: Full-Time.

Role summary:

This role will be primarily TPM, with some PM work mixed in. The TPM will help drive product development end-to-end — from triaging inbound work and coordinating releases, to shaping priorities based on usage data and the market, to closing the loop with customers. The ideal candidate will become a subject-matter expert on our product and process and act as a connective layer between engineering, product, and customers.

Required experience:

• Prior experience as a Program Manager or Product Manager on a SaaS product
• Good skills with AI (Claude, GPT, etc.), including basic process automation and connectivity
