Fligoo, located in Córdoba, is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to own and evolve data infrastructure. The role involves building and maintaining pipelines, developing ETL processes, and leading the transition to event-driven pipelines.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of data engineering experience, strong proficiency in AWS services, and knowledge of Python and SQL. This is a full-time position with opportunities to influence technical direction.

About Position

Overview

Location: Córdoba.

Position: Full-Time.

The Role

Own and evolve our data infrastructure—from FHIR ingestion through AI-powered enrichment. You will work on one of our key projects with a U.S.-based partner company operating at the forefront of the Health industry, contributing to the modernization of our platform as we move from batch ETL to event-driven pipelines and expand our RAG capabilities. In this role, you’ll have real influence over the technical direction and architectural decisions.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain pipelines ingesting FHIR data from customer EHRs into AWS HealthLake
• Develop ETL processes using Glue/Spark for our multi-tenant Redshift warehouse
• Lead our transition from batch Glue jobs to event-driven pipelines (Kinesis/Kafka)
• Build AI Agents using MCPs for data enrichment workflows pushing to HealthLake, OpenSearch, RDS
• Improve our RAG pipeline with Neptune and S3 vector store integration

What You Bring

• 5+ years data engineering experience
• Strong AWS data services experience (Glue, Redshift, RDS, Kinesis or Kafka)
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; working knowledge of C#
• Spark or similar distributed processing experience
• Comfort with AI-assisted development (Cursor, Copilot)
• English Advanced
