Job summary

Nuaav is seeking a Technical Product Manager for Data & Engineering in Colombia. You will translate business needs into practical data solutions, bridge stakeholders and engineering teams, and evaluate AI-enabled approaches to create business value.

You will drive initiatives from idea to execution, taking ownership with minimal supervision, while growing into technical leadership and shaping data platforms and cloud-enabled architectures to support strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Data Engineering experience and a strong technical foundation in SQL, data modeling, ETL/ELT, and data architecture.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and cloud environments, preferably Azure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to business stakeholders.
• A proactive, autonomous mindset and genuine interest in growing into technical leadership.
• Curiosity about AI and its practical applications.
