Formación

• More than 9 years of experience in the Energy Sector.

RINA is currently recruiting for a Technical Coordinator (senior) Banco de Talento to join its office in Colombia.

Objective of the position: Coordinate and supervise all technical activities related to the development, construction, and operation of a wind project, ensuring that the work is carried out in compliance with the established quality, safety, deadline, and budget standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Technical coordination of the project:
• Supervise the planning, design, and execution of the technical activities of the wind project.
• Act as a liaison between the engineering, construction, operations, and suppliers teams.
• Ensure the correct integration of all electrical, mechanical, and civil systems.

Key Competencies:

• Supplier and contractor management:
• Coordinate the delivery of equipment and materials according to schedules.
• Review and approve technical documentation from suppliers and contractors.
• Resolve technical problems that may arise during project execution.
• Quality and safety monitoring:
• Ensure compliance with industrial and environmental safety standards.
• Implement quality control processes in all phases of the project.
• Carry out periodic technical inspections and generate reports.
• Documentation and reporting:
• Maintain up-to-date technical records.
• Prepare progress reports and technical KPIs for project management.
• Participate in internal technical meetings and with clients.
• Technical support:
• Assist in resolving complex problems related to the operation of wind turbines and auxiliary systems.
• Provide technical training to personnel involved in the project.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
• Professional with more than 9 years of general experience in the Energy Sector.
• Professional with more than 3 years of specific experience in the area of performance and 1 year in wind projects.
• Knowledge of wind turbines, substations, electrical grids, and safety regulations.
• Coordination, leadership, and effective communication skills.
• Intermediate/advanced technical English (depending on the project scope).
• Availability to travel according to project location.
• Planning and organization.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Teamwork and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Attention to detail and results-oriented.
