Capgemini Engineering está buscando un Technical Support Engineer para trabajar con plataformas SBC como Oracle ACME y Ribbon. Este rol incluye la gestión de configuraciones y la resolución de problemas en un entorno técnico dinámico. Se ofrece un modelo de trabajo híbrido y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• Experiencia fuerte en plataformas SBC, especialmente Oracle ACME y Ribbon.
• Conocimiento profundo de protocolos VoIP (SIP, RTP, SRTP).
• Habilidades avanzadas para manejar tareas operativas relacionadas con SBC.

Responsabilidades

• Desplegar y configurar productos Oracle ACME SBC y Ribbon SBC.
• Gestionar tareas operativas del día 2 relacionadas con productos SBC.
• Analizar flujos de llamadas y realizar configuraciones de SIP trunking.

Location: Colombia, Bogota

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in SBC platforms, especially Oracle ACME and Ribbon
• Expert level knowledge on Oracle ACME Session Border Controller (SBC), Session Delivery Manager (SDM) and Enterprise Operations Manager (EOM), Ribbon SBC and Ribbon Analytics Platform
• Advanced technical skill on Deploy, Configure, Upgrade and Operate Oracle ACME and Ribbon SBC Suit
• Deploy and Configure Oracle ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC products
• Handling Day 2 Operational tasks related to Oracle ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC products
• Troubleshooting integration issues between SBC and other SIP Stacks like Cisco CVP, Call Manager and Phones
• SIP trunking configuration, troubleshooting, and call flow analysis
• While troubleshooting issues or part of changes, perform health checks on ACME SBC and Ribbon SBC solution to detect problems.
• Deep understanding of VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, SRTP)
• Working with Service Provide and Partner to troubleshoot SIP Trunk issues between SBC and ITSP
• Working knowledge of security policies and NAT/firewall traversal
• Hands-on with CLI and GUI management of SBC platforms
