Instaleap is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to own and evolve backend services and microservices. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ship valuable features, tackle production issues, and contribute to new service designs while keeping a strong business and user impact mindset.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Strong backend development experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with microservices, databases, and messaging systems.
• Experience in product companies, SaaS, startups or high-growth environments.
• Collaborates with Product, QA, Frontend, and other technical teams.
• Experience owning features in production is a plus.
• English level: B2+.

What would you do?

• 3+ years of experience in Software Engineering.

• Experience collaborating closely with Product, QA, Frontend, and other technical teams.

• Experience owning features or services in production is a plus.

• B2+ English level.
