Instaleap is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead our Internal Tools platform in Bogotá. You will own the technical vision, drive architecture, and contribute hands-on code while mentoring engineers across Product, Operations, and Engineering.

You will design scalable systems using Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js, focusing on security, observability, and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient SaaS solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, including experience leading technical teams.
• Experience with Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
• Experience in high-growth SaaS, marketplaces, or startups.
• Proven mentoring experience and driving technical excellence.
• Collaboration with Product, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of security, observability, and best practices.
• English level B2 or above.
