Autonomic Mind in Medellín, Colombia seeks an IT operations leader to own the company's technology backbone. You will own vulnerability management, patching cycles, backups, DR plans, and the enterprise network with a focus on independence and initiative.

You will own the cloud apps (including Microsoft 365), device fleet (Windows and Mac), and office network (firewalls and local storage). Reporting to US leadership, you will grow into a technical leader role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience in managing enterprise IT stacks and platforms.
• Ability to propose and validate independent recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead vulnerability assessment and patch cycles with our security expert in Boston, applying independent judgment to recommendations.
• Manage the full device lifecycle for corporate devices via MDM platforms.
• Ensure backups and disaster recovery plans meet data integrity, retention, and RTO/RPO objectives.
• Fine-tune performance and availability of virtualization platforms.
• Keep enterprise wireless network running with required coverage, speed and security.
• Configure and monitor enterprise switching and firewall policies.
• Serve as the go-to expert for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Windows Server and AD.
• Use ITSM tools to track tickets, changes, and SLA compliance.
• Document runbooks to prevent knowledge silos.
• Collaborate with security and support teams for a consistent IT stack.
• Be on-call during planned maintenance and incidents.
