You will lead a team of DBAs and AWS Cloud Engineers, ensuring operational excellence and performance optimization. The ideal candidate must have strong AWS experience, excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and Spanish, and proven leadership capabilities. Formación

• Strong hands-on expertise with AWS services is required.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server environments and .NET applications.
• Excellent communication skills in English (C1 level) and Spanish are mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a specialized team of DBAs and AWS Cloud Engineers.
• Ensure infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Optimize performance metrics including Apdex scores.
• Deliver reports on system health and performance.
