Role Description

The Teacher role at Colegio Moderno La Florida is a full-time, on-site position based in Tunja, Boyacá. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and educational standards, adapting instruction to diverse learning needs. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson materials, assessing student progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback to students and families. The Teacher will create a safe, respectful classroom environment, manage student behavior constructively, and collaborate with colleagues on academic and extracurricular initiatives. Additional duties include participating in professional development, attending school meetings and events, and contributing to continuous improvement of teaching practices.
