A leading payment technology company is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage the full life-cycle of hiring in Bogotá, Colombia. This contract position requires working closely with hiring managers and employing innovative sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in technical recruiting, strong client management skills, and a keen focus on diversity and inclusion. The LAC region at Visa is a key, strategic pillar to Visa's growth and operational strategy, in the way that we build, manage, support, and productize global payment technology. They are solving massive, complex technical problems at significant scale.
This position can be based in Bogota, Colombia reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition for the LAC region.
Work Hours Incumbent must make themselves available during core business hours.
Expect to work on a hybrid style 3 days a week in the office; manager will provide more information.
This is a contractor position for a project of around 6 to 12 months.
