About The Role
The Talent Acquisition Partner at Fidelity TalentSource plays a pivotal role in shaping the future workforce of Fidelity Investments. This position involves collaborating closely with business leaders within Fidelity Brokerage and Fidelity Enterprise Services to understand their hiring needs and develop strategic recruitment plans. The role requires leading the full lifecycle of talent acquisition activities, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring the organization attracts highly qualified professionals who align with Fidelity’s values and objectives. The Talent Acquisition Partner will leverage their expertise to source passive talent, build talent pipelines, and utilize innovative sourcing techniques to meet the dynamic needs of the business.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably within a corporate environment and with agency experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in recruiting for highly technical and complex roles, demonstrating the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
  • Experience with sourcing techniques such as identifying passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and diversity recruiting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with various compensation structures including cash, variable pay, and incentives.
  • Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, and sourcing tools like Teams, Mural, and others.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-touch environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize data and market insights to inform recruitment strategies and improve hiring performance.
  • Comfortable working in an agile environment, adapting to evolving priorities and collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their talent needs, role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead the full lifecycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates, building and maintaining robust talent pipelines.
  • Conduct detailed candidate assessments, ensuring a strong fit for technical and cultural requirements.
  • Engage in market research and industry networking to stay informed of talent trends and competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Participate in or lead recruitment projects and initiatives aimed at process improvement and innovative sourcing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of recruitment activities within ATS and other tools.
  • Leverage data analytics to measure recruitment performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by actively sourcing diverse candidates and promoting equitable hiring practices.
