Nearshore Business Solutions is seeking a Systems Analyst to translate stakeholder needs into BRDs, FD docs, and clearly defined acceptance criteria. You will own end-to-end backlog items in Azure DevOps, support testing cycles, and ensure traceability from requirements to development across multiple projects.

The role requires strong English communication and the ability to work CST hours with US delivery teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as Business/Systems Analyst in software delivery.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Experience authoring BRDs and FD documents; capable of creating samples.
• Hands-on testing experience including test case design and defect tracking.
• Ability to work Central Time business hours and collaborate with US teams.

Responsabilidades

• Author and maintain BRDs and Functional Design documents for features across active projects.
• Define clear Acceptance Criteria and maintain traceability to ADO backlog items.
• Identify ambiguities, scope conflicts, and requirements gaps before development; escalate as needed.
• Perform functional, regression, and UAT testing; document results and retest outcomes.
• Break down specifications into ADO epics, features, user stories, and tasks.
• Coordinate with PMs and leads to sequence backlog work across sprint capacity.
• Maintain consistent documentation, terminology, version control, and backlog hierarchy.
