AgileEngine is seeking an Analyst/Senior Analyst to support data-driven decisions around subscriptions and promotional offers for a major OTT streaming business in Barranquilla, Atlántico. You will build Snowflake tables, Tableau dashboards, and reports translating analytics into executive insights for Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.

Strong SQL, Python, and data storytelling skills are required to communicate ROI to senior stakeholders while maintaining data accuracy and timely ad hoc

Formación

• Requires 4+ years of experience with independent project ownership.
• Ability to translate complex analytics into actionable insights for C-suite.
• Fluent business English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor-level degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in SQL, Snowflake, Tableau/Power BI, Excel, and Python.

Responsabilidades

• Develop analytical and reporting tables to track subscription and promo performance.
• Produce monthly financial reports and perform variance analysis.
• Build Tableau dashboards summarizing key metrics for stakeholders.
• Apply quantitative analysis to understand customer behavior and promo impact.
• Model discount strategies and analyze subscriber retention and LTV.
• Ensure data quality and respond to ad hoc data requests from multiple teams.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics to integrate marketing and content data.
