Revolut is seeking an Operations Manager to help drive scalable, data-informed initiatives as it expands in Colombia. You will lead cross-functional projects, translate insights into product strategies, and optimize processes to support rapid growth.

The role emphasizes problem-solving at scale, vendor management, and building strategic partnerships, with fluency in English and Spanish as a core requirement.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Technical proficiency to create queries and perform data analysis.
• 5+ years of experience within the Colombian banking industry as a project manager, consultant, corporate strategist, etc.
• Ability to break complex problems into smaller parts.
• Enjoy working with data.
• Ability to build a compelling business case and secure alignment for recommendations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and optimizing scalable processes to continue Revolut's hyper-growth in Colombia


• Translating data insights into actionable product strategies


• Leading and executing core infrastructure projects end to end


• Exploring and defining which projects the team should prioritize, and setting a timeline to reach goals quickly


• Searching for new features to provide a seamless customer experience


• Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems


• Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

What You'll Need

• Fluency in English and Spanish


• Technical proficiency to create queries and perform data analysis


• 5+ years of experience within the Colombian banking industry as a project manager, consultant, corporate strategist, etc.


• A solid track record of achievement, having quickly assumed responsibilities


• The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones


• To enjoy working with data


• The ability to make a good business case and convince people to help you execute on your recommendations
