Senior Delivery Manager leads end-to-end delivery, coordinating across engineering, product, operations, and support while mitigating risks and maintaining quality.

Formación

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in continuous integration, continuous delivery (CI/CD), and release management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience in managing multiple releases simultaneously.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies to

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement release schedules to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate the release pipeline and activities of development, QA, operations, and support teams to ensure timely, certified deliveries.
• Oversee the full release lifecycle from planning to deployment and post-release support.
• Work with product management and engineering to prioritize content for releases based on business objectives.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and KPI tracking.
