Five9 in Colombia seeks a Senior Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery and release management. You will coordinate development, QA, operations, and support to ensure timely, high-quality releases that align with business goals.

The role requires strong SDLC knowledge, Agile practices, and exceptional stakeholder communication. You will drive process improvements and manage release tools, with a focus on minimizing disruption and delivering value.

Formación

• 7+ years of related work experience.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong collaboration across multiple teams and departments.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD, and release management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for managing multiple releases.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies.
• Proven track record of proactively surfacing and resolving risks.
• Ability to work under pressure with minimal guidance.
• Excellent communication to explain complex concepts to stakeholders.
• Align release decisions with business outcomes.
• Proven experience in release and delivery management.
• Adaptable and growth-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement release schedules meeting deadlines.
• Manage release pipeline coordinating dev, QA, ops, and support teams.
• Oversee full release lifecycle from planning to post-release support.
• Prioritize content with product management and stakeholders.
• Ensure releases align with strategic goals and integrate new features.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks with mitigation plans.
• Partner with teams to implement release process improvements.
• Communicate progress and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive best practices in release management.
• Establish KPIs like release frequency and success rates.
• Oversee changes and configuration management for traceability.
• Manage and optimize tools (Jira, GitLab, LaunchDarkly).
