Formación

• Five+ years leading project or program management initiatives in SaaS/HR tech or similar.
• Ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder-management skills with accountability and conflict navigation.
• Proficiency with Google Slides, Sheets, Docs and AI tools.
• Excellent communication, with clear and concise stakeholder presentations.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented handling multiple projects globally.

Responsabilidades

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from scoping to implementation and post-launch review.
• Translate business priorities into structured projects with milestones, owners, and success metrics.
• Establish governance via sessions, documentation, and updates to stakeholders and sponsors.
• Partner with Operations, R&D, Engineering, Legal, and Sales to align goals and execution.
• Lead initiatives improving onboarding, payroll, benefits, immigration, and ongoing support.
• Build dashboards, trackers, and performance reporting covering progress and risks.
• Develop leadership-ready presentations, decision documents, and debriefs; report to VP.
