Amadeus IT Group Colombia, S.A.S. seeks a Product Definition Analyst to analyze customer and product management requirements, define functional solutions, and deliver functional and technical specifications.

You will lead the delivery of core components of the Amadeus Revenue Accounting platform from design through implementation. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product definition or business analysis, strong IT skills (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman, SoapUI), and excellent English

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a product definition analyst or business analyst.
• Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Postman, and SoapUI.
• Strong ability to create sequence diagrams, UML, API specs, ICDs, and user guides.
• Proficient in designing high- and low-level solution designs.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain and share functional knowledge of processes, services and end-user products.
• Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.
• Produce functional designs, feasibility studies, solution overview documents, product specifications, and present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders.
• Interface with relevant divisions to identify interaction with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.
• Validate the product to ensure compliance with the delivered functionality and system integrity, and perform functional sign-off.
• Ensure production integrity by investigating, validating and prioritizing reported incidents.
• Communicate with product management, project management, Amadeus customer services, implementation, development, and quality assurance teams.
• Interface with customers during requirements clarification, functional specification, testing, and implementation phases.
