UST is seeking a Project Manager I to join a high-impact portfolio team. You will lead a large PM/Program Manager cohort, drive governance, and partner with IT leaders to ensure delivery excellence across diverse programs.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in portfolio or program management, strong executive communication, and hands-on experience with Planview, Smartsheet, and Power BI. Expect a demanding, collaborative global environment with growth opportunities.
Formación
- 10+ years in portfolio/program management, PMO leadership, or tech delivery.
- Experience governing USD 15M-25M technology portfolios across programs.
- Strong skills in CapEx/OpEx budgeting, forecasting, and benefits tracking.
- Ability to prepare executive-ready reports and recovery plans.
Responsabilidades
- Lead and matrix-manage large teams of PMs and PgMs.
- Set expectations, review delivery quality, unblock escalations, coach PMs.
- Build relationships with IT leaders, PMO, sponsors, Finance, Engineering, Procurement.
